This place is a wonderful classic hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff and a great, unbeatable location on the outskirts of the city.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with comfortable bed. The location was great, next to other areas of tub, the restaurant and the downtown district and easily accessible. I ate at the lobby restaurant near the hotel. It was as expected, had a such great stay for 12 nights.

Spacious room with a cozy bed, TV, and handy appliances that made for the best night's sleep 😴. The hotel's spot was top-notch, not too far from other spots and featured a nice hilly view.

The staff here is friendly and always ready to help, the rooms are spacious, new, and have cozy beds along with a convenient pull-out couch.

Staff was helpful and constantly cleaning. Ceiling in shower was low, but staff noted it and promised to fix it. Mattress issue was acknowledged and they arranged for a replacement. Breakfast was good, although not complimentary. Overnight staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Convenient location.

We booked last minute and still got a great deal. We were driving and running late, checked in at 2am with no problem. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was large, and very clean (BIG bonus points for cleanliness) . The bed and sheets were so great, we took a picture of the tags to see if we could find them later for our home. No problem with our dogs, and we appreciated no added pet fees! We would recommend this hotel 100%

I recently stayed at a hotel on the outskirts, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed, with easy access to other areas of town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the top of a hill. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food options. a great place to stay when visiting the area.

I did notice that some of the towels in the bathroom had holes in them, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is great, near The Omaha Hub, and it's up on a hill, offering good views; the rooms are spacious, modern.

The hotel was fairly clean. The staff, especially the general manager, were very pleasant. I had a new-fashioned, gorgeous room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was clean and included a bathtub, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Its location was favorable, just off the downtown district. There was a lobby restaurant nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Sheraton Omaha. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and comfortable bedding. The hotel had a spacious and inviting atmosphere, making me feel comfortable and at home. The location was convenient, with a nearby bar and grill for dining options. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for future stays.

Great customer service, very clean room and bathroom, affordable price, attentive housekeeping staff, accommodating front desk.
